Welcome!
I’m Victoria Heath, a psychologist with many years of experience supporting families of neurodiverse children. Over the course of completing many statutory assessments and countless family consultations, I have seen the joys, worries, and daily challenges that come with raising an autistic or otherwise neurodiverse child. I also know that while professional advice is often full of jargon, what parents really need are clear, compassionate strategies that work at home, in real life.

My mission is simple: to empower you with the understanding, tools, and confidence to create a nurturing environment where your child feels safe, valued, and supported to thrive. Parenting a neurodiverse child often means rewriting the traditional “rulebook.” The milestones might look different, the journey may feel uncertain at times, and the demands on you as a parent can be overwhelming. But with the right guidance, you can begin to see challenges in a new light, find approaches that ease daily stresses, and build deeper connection with your child.

Through my online course, I share evidence-based strategies in a way that is practical, accessible, and encouraging. You’ll discover ways to support emotional regulation, manage daily routines more calmly, strengthen communication, foster independence, and celebrate your child’s unique strengths. Each step of the course is designed to give you not just information, but confidence, so you feel less alone and more equipped to handle the ups and downs of this journey.
